Positions for Direct Support can include Home Health Aide (requiring a HHA certificate) or Direct Support Professional for Waiver and Group homes.

Persons who work as Direct Support Professionals with Occazio, Inc. are responsible for implementation of all pertinent activities and operations of the work site during your assigned shift/hours. Job duties will focus on provision of active treatment programming for individuals served within a comfortable environment with emphasis on human dignity and individual rights.

Persons who work as Home Health Aides with Occazio, Inc. will provide personal care services under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Therapist. The Home Health Aide is assigned to specific clients by the Registered Nurse or other appropriate professional and performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort.
